This evening Tucows was conducting routine maintenance on its systems. There was unexpected system error which resulted in several systems being offline for approximately 1 hour beginning at 0200 UTC 1 December 2004.

**There was no impact on the Managed DNS service.
Really... I had half a dozen complaints that Managed DNS was not resolving for well over an hour. For a service with an advertised guarantee of 100% uptime, that seems rather... Unfortunate.
