Customers are reporting email service down for POP3 and sometimes for SMTP. I use IMAP and my connections to the server don't seem to be affected. I don't see any LRUs and system status states "online". Here's a note from one customer in the last 10 mins:

"The communication error:
Cannot connect to host [customer's mail hostname] using port 110 temporarily
(Connection refused)"


None of these customers use Comcast, AOL or the other ISPs that apparently blackholed the servers.

Can we get some info to give our customers about the ETA to fix please?
