I've noticed that this talking on this list often spurs a phone call from the project manager of a particular server to discuss ideas and specifics on a service. Apparently it's well read (and quickly) in the Tucows offices.
While it would very hepful to have access to a list and contact information for the various Project Managers on the webpage (I haven't seen such a list), could the person in charge of the Managed DNS service give me a hollar?
