Anyone interested in colo in NYC?

We're a small specialized ISP building a new NOC in New York City 
(Midtown Manhattan). It'll be located convenient to public 
transportation and have 24/7 secure access.

We'd be interested in hearing from anyone that might want to buy 
colocate rack space (from 1U to full racks or anything in between).

To be honest, we're not looking at making any money on the colocates -- 
we just want to cover part of our operating costs (space, power, and 
bandwidth) so that our new location starts out at break-even immediately 
upon going live.
