I don't understand what have to be fixed...maybe the Microsoft's browser have to be patched 'cause the fact it doesn't show the address correctly is its fault. If in any language there is a [small A] then the fact that paypal.com is very similar to payp[small A]l.com is a bad thing, but correct.
