I don't understand what have to be fixed...maybe the Microsoft's browser
have to be patched 'cause the fact it doesn't show the address correctly is
its fault. If in any language there is a [small A] then the fact that
paypal.com is very similar to payp[small A]l.com is a bad thing, but
correct.
The right solution is to disallow registering of domains with localized
chars, but I don't think many ppl would like that :)

I don't know how disabling yhe IDN in forefox works, but if I have to
disable the right rendering of the domain name in localized alphabets so
it's better to disallow bad chars at all in registration.
