JB, Just tell them to refund, OR ELSE! If they fail to respond correctly or it isn't done in 2 days, go to your bank, and ask for a CHARGEBACK! Some banks have a STUPID nonsense policy, so if they ask you if myhost waas responsible for shipping, tell them YES! You may have to do it every time, but each time they will get a black mark. Too many, and they could be out of business.
