DRoA is advising their customers to call their registrar and ask that the domain
be unlocked, so this is still something to be on the watch for. Customers that
I've talked to calling us for an unlock were still unaware that they were
transfering away from us at a higher rate.

Thanks,

Doug.

Quoting [EMAIL PROTECTED]:

All of our customers domains are locked by default.
We still get a few unlocking them to allow these transfers in the belief the
letters came from us.
Most of the time it is customers who do not have English as a first
language.

Our experience is that customers who fall for the DROA letters don't have any idea how to unlock their domain.
