That last item led me to wonder: does Chrome have an "about:config"? The short answer is no. But it led me to wonder if there is an equivalent. I struck pay dirt! For any of y'all who are wondering how to troubleshoot browser woes (either Chrome or Firefox), here's the key to unlock a ton of useful diagnostic info: about:about It gives you an index of lots of internal pages. Specifically: memory, addons, cache, gpu status, networking and so on. Extra points for figuring out where the heck they got about:mozilla from, and whether it's the Droid vendor who includes an about:robots section! ;-) It won't fix my Firefox issue or reverse my decision to switch, though. in geek heaven-- -rich _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] http://blu.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss
