These already exist.  Kaspersky, AVG and others provide live ISO images for 
burning to CD-R or flash drives.  Most of them run a customized Linux 
environment of some sort.

Pendrive Linux has a nifty tool called YUMI that installs multiple live images 
to a single flash drive.  It's a very useful way to build a toolbox.
