Last resort: most datacenters offer a "remote hands" service, whereby you can get one of their technicians to go on-site and then direct them to do things on your servers. I've found myself having to avail myself of this option a number of times recently, as I've been dealing with a number of servers in remote locations.

Before trying the power button, I'd put another computer on the same
network segment and run Avahi. Even if the NIC says it doesn't support
WOL, it is worth a try.
