I've successfully deployed SmartGit to none-too-bright and non-technical users, and to some none-too-bright-non-technical users. Takes about 15 minutes to do the installation, set up the account, and demonstrate the sync-work-commit-sync cycle: Sync: click a button. Work: same as always. Commit: click a button, type his initials, click "ok". Sync: click a button. Sure, 98% of Git's capabilities are ignored. So what? He gets his tool and you get your SSH. Everyone wins. --Rich P. _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.blu.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss
