Android doesn't export the applications partition via USB, not even with CyanogenMod and other AOSP builds. Application data is usually stored on the applications partition. Therefore... but I repeat myself.
I didn't know that iOS now allowed USB access to some data. Have they opened up music at all or do you still have to sync it using iTunes?
