I wrote a howto just a few days ago, for those who are stuck with an ancient XP box just to run Quicken. Moneydance has a familiar UI that does 98% of what Quicken does, and allows you to switch more completely to Linux.
You also get mobile and online stuff that an old Quicken can't.
