So you're not looking to import archives from your Gmail account to your hosted domain, merely have the Gmail directed messages show up in a "unified inbox" on the hosted domain? I use the Gmail web UI rarely, but my recollection is that it has some settings to act as a POP/IMAP client for another account. I'm guessing this functionality exists in the hosted domains UI as well. (You'll need to login to the mail UI as the individual user.
