It does seem odd at first when you're accustomed to block-level RAID. A block-level RAID system can't use odd quantities of disks in a mirror set other than as spares. A file-level "raid" system like Btrfs raid can use them but with some caveats. -- Rich P. _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.blu.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss
