They say they encrypt messages upon receipt before saving to disk (which sounds 
silly, considering the attacker would be more likely to just sniff the inbound 
network traffic rather than try gaining access to the disk of the recipient 
server, and also because the recipient server must have saved the encryption 
key in order to perform the encryption upon receipt).  And if you want more 
information, there's a link to lavabit.com, which is a broken link for obvious 
reasons.
