This is my backup drive so it is not critical to my operation.
What, really?
Doesn't it suddenly become critical once whatever it is backing
up fails?
Certainly. but a minor error like this is not a serious flaw since the
sector has already been remapped. This is a case where it is reporting
that 1 sector is bad. If this were an increasing number I would
certainly replace the drive. So, if my backup drive failed, I would
certainly replace it, but not immediately. If one of my primary drives
in my RAID reported errors, I would replace it ASAP.
