In LibreOffice 3.4.1 url_transfer.htm was corrected to show LibreOffice
instead of StarOffice/OpenOffice.org.
In LibreOffice 3.5 (master branch) url_transfer.htm was removed, and
help text was added to tooltip (localizable).
