Hello Mr. Jung, Correct me if i'm wrong, but the UI of a software suit should be the last positive argument to use it.
If your customers need LO just for typing letters, you could easily switch to oOo or MS Office. For customers with a greater connect between office and the rest of his IT the UI of the office shouldn't matter... Just my 2 cents.
