Auf dem vorläufigen Standplan im Anhang könnt ihr sehen wo euer Stand wahrscheinlich positioniert sein wird. Wie immer gibt es an jedem Stand Strom und Internet, sowie eine Stellwand oder Hauswand hinter jedem Stand auf der Poster befestigt werden können. Spezielles Klett-Klebeband für die Stellwände stellen wir zur Verfügung. Falls ihr mehrere Computer am Stand verwenden möchtet, bringt entsprechend Ethernet-Switsches und Mehrfachsteckdosen mit, da wir nur ein Ethernetanschluss und eine Schuko-Dose pro Stand stellen. Ihr könnt am Freitag ab 18 Uhr (Strom und Internet werden zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch aufgebaut und werden höchst wahrscheinlich noch nicht zur Verfügung stehen) und Samstag früh ab 7.00 Uhr anfangen euren Stand aufzubauen. Damit noch keine Aufbruchsstimmung entsteht während die Konferenz noch läuft, bitten wir euch darum eure Stände nicht vor Sonntag 18.00 Uhr abzubauen. Eure Ausstellerausweise könnt ihr Samstag ab 7.00 Uhr an der Aussteller-Info (links vom Haupteingang) abholen. Mit diesen erhaltet ihr kostenlose Verpflegung auf der FrOSCon. Solltet ihr euren Stand kostenlos als Open Source Projekt bekommen (das gilt nicht für einen bezahlten Stand, bzw. Stände, die Teil eines Sponsorenpaketes sind), bitten wir euch zu beachten, dass Firmenwerbung in jeglicher Form (Flyer, Logo, Werbegeschenke) nicht gestattet ist. Unsere Sponsoren stellen die benötigten Mittel für die FrOSCon zur Verfügung und ermöglichen uns damit erst eine hoffentlich tolle FrOSCon zu organisieren, die wie immer kostenlose Stände für Projekte und Verpflegung für das Standpersonal beinhaltet. Solltet ihr diesbezüglich irgendwelche Fragen haben, könnt ihr euch jeder Zeit an [email protected] wenden. As usual, each booth will have one power and Ethernet connection. Moreover, there will be either a movable or solid wall behind each booth on which you can fix posters with velcro or normal tape, which you can get from us. If you plan to bring several computers to your booth, please bring your own Ethernet switches and a power strip, too. You can prepare your booth from 6 p.m. on Friday (Ethernet and power will probably available only later) and from 7 a.m. on Saturday. Please don't start packing on Sunday before 6 p.m. because this creates an atmosphere of departure while the conference is still running. You can get your exhibitor badges on Saturday starting from 7 a.m. at the exhibitor information (left of the main entrance). If you've got a booth or a project room free of charge for your open source project (this does not apply if you have a paid booth, that is, e.g., part of a sponsoring package), we would like to clarify upfront that advertisement in form of logos, flyers or merchandising gifts for companies that do not support us as sponsors is not allowed. Those sponsorships provide the funding needed in order to organize the conference and provide you with free-of-charge booths, catering and hopefully a great FrOSCon overall.
