As any name, LibreOffice is good for many and bad for many. The name come out of a process where dozens of names have been examined, but the problem with existing trademarks and registered names is just huge, and there was not a single name with "office" inside that could be used. We wanted to have "office" inside in order to stress the continuity with OOo, because it is clear that TDF and LibO are the future of OOo. -- Italo Vignoli Mobile: +39.348.5653829 - VoIP: +39.02.320621813 Email: [email protected] - Skype: italovignoli -- To unsubscribe, send an empty e-mail to [email protected] All messages you send to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted.
