It seems khirano has made a pages for JA, so I copied the translation of the manifesto. But.. there are something weird around the links. It seems this mediawiki acts a little different from that I know, e.g. Wikipedia. When you push the "Save page" or "Show preview" button, the link will be broken and mediawiki source will be rewritten into html like. (Even NL or FR category, it happens now.)
