It's also possible to compile it with the MS VC++ compiler without the
VC++ runtimes :)

There are plans to use MinGW to compile LibreOffice in the future, but
for now it's experimental and unstable, and we still need to do a lot
of work and testing before we can ship it. But we will do it in the
long term.
