Firstly, Its LibreOffice not LibreOffice.org. TDF are not attaching that suffix to the program name. Secondly, A portable version, if there will be one, will be release by PortableApps in close colaboration with LibreOffice. That being said, PortableApps might not release a version the moment LibreOffice goes stable. They might wait a few months for the 'stable' version to become even stabler, or they might just keep going with OpenOffice.org and skip the LibreOffice bandwagon altogether, we cant be sure.
