Obviously, some people think it should, others think it shouldn't, and there is nothing wrong with that. Thankfully, just because LibO is a FLOSS project does not mean it is a democracy (mob rule) - decisions like this simply can not be subject to the democratic process or nothing would ever get decided.
And decisions can't be changed because they are set in stone. Right. No accountability to the community by the decision makers. Sounds no different than Oracle.
