You can define a shortcut to execute the capitalization feature. Please go to Tools -- Customize... and the tab "Keyboard". Then select an entry in "Shortcut keys" according to your wish (Strg+F3 is already used for AutoText, but you may change that). Then, chose the desired feature - in your case it might be "Category"="Format", and "Function"="Capitalize Every Word" (or: "Rotate case"). Does this help?
