many thanks for your thoughts, exactly this is what I was asking for.
At this moment we (Open SKM & FSF Hungary & FSF Europe) working on campaign 
site. 
So please all of you act, do something for the transparent EC procurement.

As a person
- Write a protest mail for directly to the EC
- Write a protest mail for your Member of European Parliament
- Write a protest mail for your local MP 
- Go to the petition site and sign it

As an Istitution
- Write a protest mail for directly to the EC
- Write a protest mail for your Member of European Parliament
