Telstra don't run AARNET, so they can't control what's on those servers, they just have connectivity to them. AARNET is the original research network which introduced the Internet to Australia in the 1980s, with a concentration at Melbourne University (when KRE was there before he ran off to Thailand) and the CSIRO. Anyway, the point is you'll need to contact AARNET directly and request they mirror LibreOffice.
