Depends on what you are certificating and how you do it. Currently INGOT
certification varies between 2 and $10 depending on volume but that is
because we make use of existing teaching resources and designed something to
scale to even African economic standards. In the end I can't see price being
a barrier with even moderate planning. A bigger potential issue is
understanding the market and how to identify need or even create such
demand.
