Hi, I don't think the TDF Certification is meant to cover end users. It's meant to cover professionnal service providers providing services to customers/users.
I believe such a certification is an opportunity to advance TDF's Sustainability and foster a business ecosystem around it. I think that the three first issues we'll have to tackle are the certification process itself, the pricing and scaling (3persons company sould not be treated less well than karger corporations) and the scope of the certification itself(what do we certify?)
