What indeed concerns me a bit is the question of the legal implications. Is anyone aware of a German entity accepting Bitcoin, and if they ran into legal issues with taxes or donations?

I really would like to have some clarity on this before going for Bitcoin. As we are acting as a charity in Germany, any inadequate actions might lead to our loss of that status, so I do not want to risk that.

Anyone can shed a light on that?
