Under Windows, as you know if you don't a fast computer, LibreOffice startup
is not very fast, even Quickstarter is running.

I made a small python script using Uno and the LibreOffice headless function
in order to use the already started soffice.exe to open a file.

This script speed up opening file by double-clicking on it in Windows
Explorer.

This script has been made for LO 3.6 but should works on any release. (you
should modify the files *.cmd)

To install, just launch install_LO_faststart.cmd to modify windows registry.

To uninstall, simply launch uninstall_LO_faststart.cmd

It's works ! But it's just a proof of concept...
