I understand your point, but don't you have the feeling that every "big thing" happens in October ?
Doesn't sound to be for only France or EMEA :/ There might be some other stuff in the year, that's for sure, but I'm not quite sure that it is "overloaded" the whole year... Sounds surprising to me.
