Thank you for replying It's not a question of language or localization. Unicode/UTF-8 %c3%a5 is a representation of 'å' which is used in Danish and other Nordic languages. However, it could be used in any other language. Therefore, the problem is that LibreOffie makes the conversion at all in a hyperlink
