Я слежу за программой RIPE meetings с 2008 года и не припомню случая, чтобы тогда давали скидки докладчикам. Как говорил RIPE Chair, митинги - это не конференции, и оплата взимается одинаковая со всех - с руководителей рабочих групп, представителей других RIR, докладчиков или любых участников. Оплату не берут только с новых LIRов, участников программы RACI (академическая программа) и с организаторов (сотрудников RIPE NCC).
Никто не мешает при этом в частном порядке просить скидку - она может быть предоставлена. Но общее правило такое, что участие оплачивается. Напомню, что участие в конференциях ENOG не оплачивается, т.к. эти конференции оплачиваются RIPE NCC, организаторами и спонсорами.
