Hi, I just finished reading 'Free Culture' this morning and had a few thoughts and questions on it.
Lets imagine FC were like any other book and I wanted to write a commentary on it. A commentary where I blockquote a lot, take Lessig's arguments chapter-by-chapter, para-by-para, and make notes or criticisms on them. And then I want to publish this commentary. Would I have to ask permission from the rights-holder?
