I've done some of this work by now, and you can see that:
(1) http://wiki.freeculture.org/ clearly links to materials for chapter
leaders, and
(2) http://wiki.freeculture.org/Category:For_chapter_leaders actually
organizes some of that information.
(3) I wrote the
http://wiki.freeculture.org/Chapter_leader_communication_quick-reference
guide last weekend, too.
