Parker, Is the forum/listserv transit proving to be a big roadblock?
I have heard from lots of people on and off this listserv about their desire for a forum. Perhaps we should risk fragmentation, use bbPress (or something similar) for a month, and just see what happens. No harm in trying. We might be able to use some low-tech means for transitioning between these spaces. For example, people could subscribe to a periodic digest of forum topics and follow up on the ones that catch their attention. If a script doesn't exist to such a thing, I am happy to write one.
