Writes ben on our blog: It's that time of the year again—the third annual [Sparky Awards ][1]invite contestants to submit videos under two minutes that imaginatively portray the benefits of open access.
The Grand Prize winner will receive a cash prize of $1,000 along with a Sparky Award statuette, a copy of Final Cut Studio, and an iPod Nano.
