Hey free-culturites, The website and mailing lists, which are hosted on a server in Japan, went down a few days ago, and just came back up. We've been having a few issues with the server recently, and we're currently seeking out alternatives.
We keep a record of the status of the freeculture.org server on a wordpress blog: http://fcostatus.wordpress.com/ In the event of an outage which isn't already noted there, please email me. We're also working on a few updates to the website infrastructure (chapter web hosting, chapter database) and look (refresh of the freeculture.org site design).
