This rocks!

I think that this is the kind of thing that the Open Access Compact was
hoping to get schools to sign on to do.

It rocks that UF is doing it, but let's get them on the list of signatories
as well!

I've CCed Barbara DeFelice, who might know who to get in touch with for more
info.

Has anyone else asked around their school's libraries to see if they're
familiar with the OA compact and whether they have/would consider signing
on?
