Hey fellow Free Culture advocates, I'm writing a column for the Intellectual Property Brief (ipbrief.net) at my law school countering some ridiculous arguments that have been made against free culture/Creative Commons (and pro-excessive copyright enforcement), including: the recent ASCAP debacle, a blog post that Lessig had tweeted about a few months ago, and a Huffington Post article I was forwarded today. (Links are below.) Does anyone have any other examples? Let me know!
