I propose Sunday morning (say, 10am) because that way Aditi, who's spearheading conference organizing so far, can be there and tell us how we can help out with conference stuff.
I understand that some people will have a long commute, so early Sunday might be hard. To accommodate that, we could do a hangout sesh Saturday evening as well.
