http://www.plannedparenthoodaction.org links you to an open letter to senators, which you can sign as a petition of sorts. http://www.opencongress.org/bill/112-h1/news/3?sort=newest you can vote to oppose this bill here. I haven't found a general online petition by any organization, but I will keep searching.
