Considering that nobody's responded, I suggest that you either just ask the
questions here or on the IRC room. You can also contact someone on the board
of directors (http://freeculture.org/about/) privately, but they're all
likely to respond if you use IRC or this mailing list. Also, I doubt that
Students for Free Culture has an official position on net neutrality.
