Also, if anyone here has recommendations of good truly freely licensed
books (e.g., PD, CC-BY, or CC-BY-SA, but *without* -NC or -ND clauses),
please follow up.  Having good examples is always useful.  The ones
we've listed on the FC5 bookmarks are a start, but it can't hurt to have
a big pool to choose from.
