Here's the winner: http://transformativeworks.org/fair-use-school The only thing I wish this video had clarified is that fair use is determined by the courts, so it's still kind of vague as to how the viewer determines if their work is a fair use (there are a lot of "probably"'s used). Otherwise, it's pretty solid.
