I was at Liberty Park for the first five days. I had to leave to go down to Austin, TX, where my partner in the Free Network Foundation lives, to pick up some computer/radio hardware. We are ready to deploy the first FreedomTower, and we're going to do so in Liberty Park. Right now the whole operation is running off a few MyFi hotspots that run WEP. We're going to give them WPA2 secured 2.4 and 5GHz mesh networks that are routed through an anonymity network. The importance of what is happening there cannot be overstated.
