I think it would be great if want to use Selectricity for this. Why don't you just create a QuickVote or create an account and then follow up me with me privately if you have additional questions or things I can help you with. We probably don't have the bandwidth to do any development but we can fix minor issues and, of course, the software is free software so you can change it as well.
