The two main focuses are: (1) ongoing and upcoming enforcement challenges given the imperfect fit of copyright law and the Internet, such as linking, orphan works, and international issues, and the overlapping roles of creators/users/publishers of content; and (2) reflections on recent events and legislation such as SOPA/PIPA, Internet companies and their users increasingly playing a role in policy debates, and what's next for copyright law and policy.
